素养是一种个人品质、修为和能力的综合表现,素养核心素养,贵在"核心"二字。即学生关键的、必备的数学学习品质和能力。新课程改革的背景下,我们作为初中数学教师当高度重视青少年数学核心素养的养成。革新教学思想,实施多元教学策略,激发学生学习兴趣,促使学生在中学数学-学习中养成健康的态度、品质、价值观和综合技能,全面推进核心素养教学观在初中数学课堂中的落实工作。

accomplishment is a comprehensive expression of personal quality,cultivation and ability.The core accomplishment of accomplishment is valued in the word "core".That is,the student key,necessary mathematics study quality and ability.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,we,as junior middle school mathematics teachers,should attach great importance to the cultivation of teenagers' core mathematics literacy.Innovative teaching ideas and the implementation of multiple teaching strategy,stimulate students interest in learning,encourage students in middle school mathematics-learning to develop a healthy attitude,quality and comprehensive skills,values and comprehensively promote the core literacy teaching in junior middle school mathematics classroom to carry out the work.
