在高职院校党组织工作开展的过程当中,党支部本身肩负着非常重要的职责和使命,同时也是基层党组织工作的重要执行者。面对当前新的工作环境,党支部创建工作开展的过程当中,我们应该将标准化管理作为实际工作的一个重要的要求,在具体工作落实的过程当中,构建一套科学化的管理体系,让党支部相关工作的开展更加规范有效,真正地为高职院校基层党组织工作的推进落实奠定一个良好的基础。
