《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出要"坚持德育为先",德育在学校教育中具有十分重要的意义。班级是学校教育和管理的最基本单位,也是学校德育教育的主阵地。班级班风建设秉承着以学生为主体,让学生真正成为班级的主人,通过班级环境的评比,班级规则的制定,主题活动的开展等促进班级特色班风的形成,学校的德育教育也就有了实效性。

the outline of the national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan ( 2010-2020) clearly states that "insisting on moral education is the first priority ",and moral education is of great significance in school education.Class is the most basic unit of education and management,and the main position of education in school moral education.The construction of class work style takes students as the main body,so that students can truly become the master of the class.Through the evaluation of class environment,the formulation of class rules,the development of theme activities and so on,the formation of class work style with special features can be promoted.
