浅谈农村教育管理中存在的问题及应对措施

在实施新的教育改革之后,很多学校都已经在开展各种形式的改革,为学生的全面发展提供基础。但农村地区的教育管理由于各种原因还存在着一些问题。所以本文首先论述了在当前教育环境下农村教育存在的一些弊端,然后给出了几点相应的解决对策。

After the implementation of the new educational reform,many schools have already carried out various forms of reform to provide the basis for the comprehensive development of students.But there are still some problems in education management in rural areas for various reasons.Therefore,this paper first discusses some drawbacks of rural education in the current educational environment,and then gives some corresponding solutions.
