无线传感器网络数据融合算法综述

Dala fusion algorithms of wireless sensor networks are reviewed

数据融合是通过算法处理原始数据,去除冗余信息,形成高质量的融合数据传输到汇聚节点,从而减少数据传输量,达到节省能量,延长网络寿命,提高数据收集效率和准确度的目的。文中对近年来数据融合算法的研究现状进行了全面深入分析,根据融合过程中采用的融合方法,将现有的无线传感器网络数据融合算法分为了基于估计方法、统计方法、信息论方法、人工智能方法四大类,对这四类技术从原理上进行了综述,对其中涉及到的不同融合算法从性能、时延、复杂度以及能耗方面进行了详细分析。

data fusion is the algorithm processing the raw data,remove redundant information,form a high quality data transmission to the gathering node,thus reducing the amount of data transmission,to save energy,prolong the network life,enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data collection.Of the data fusion algorithm in recent years,the research present situation has carried on the thorough analysis,according to the fusion method used in the process of integration,the existing wireless sensor network data fusion algorithm based on the estimation method,statistical method,the method of information theory,the artificial intelligence method,four categories,from the principle of the four types of technology are reviewed,some involving different fusion algorithm from the aspects of performance,latency,complexity and energy consumption are analyzed in detail.
