随着现代经济的快速发展,许多人因为工作、生活、前途、财富和交流而变得越来越紧张,失去幸福正成为一个不争的事实。学前教育实际上是一门跨学科的专业,涵盖心理学、儿科学、人类学和社会学等不同学科的知识。由于学前儿童个体差异很大,幼儿教师的专业性是动态的,充满变化和挑战。教师必须根据孩子的实际情况灵活地工作,以满足幼儿的发展需要。因此,幼儿教师的幸福感值得我们关注。
with the rapid development of modern economy,many people become more and more nervous because of work,life,future,wealth and communication.Education is actually an interdisciplinary major,covering knowledge in psychology,pediatrics,anthropology and sociology.Due to the huge individual differences among preschool children,the professionalism of preschool teachers is dynamic and full of changes and challenges.Teachers must work flexibly according to children's actual conditions to meet their developmental needs.Therefore,the happiness of preschool teachers deserves our attention.
