本文通过研究目前我国民办高校负债风险控制的现状,和国内外民办高校管理先进理论和实践的总结归纳,并在此基础上提出民办高等学校规避风险的对策及风险控制的最佳模式。

This paper studies the current situation of our country private colleges debt risk control,and private colleges both at home and abroad advanced management theory and practice of summarizing,and based on this,advances the countermeasures of avoiding risk and private higher school the best mode of risk control.
