小学生法治思维培养研究

随着未成年人犯罪率持续攀升,树立小学生的法治意识、增强小学生的法治教育工作迫在眉睫。通过文献资料法、案例分析法研究了小学生法治建设的影响因素及其存在的问题,并提出小学生法治思维建设的方法与途径。得出结论:(1)当前中国的法制教育严重缺乏,不能持续综合地对小学生采取法制教育措施;(2)学生的法治意识完全出于感性的判断以及对社会传统道德观念的认识,对法律的认知存在严重欠缺;(3)学校和社会对于小学生的法制教育宣传力度不够,必须完全落实好网络资源在法治教育中的工作。

with the juvenile crime rate rising,sets up the elementary student's law consciousness,enhancing pupils'education work under the rule of law is imminent.Through the literature material method,case analysis method to study the elementary student the influence factors of the rule of law construction and its existing problems,and put forward the primary school students thinking method and the way of the construction of the rule of law.Conclusions:(1)the current legal education in China are facing a serious shortage of,can't continue to synthetically measures for the legal system education for elementary school students;(2)the students'consciousness of rule of law is completely out of the perceptual judgment and understanding of traditional social moral,cognitive exists serious lack of the law;(3)the school and society to elementary student's education of legal system propaganda is not enough,must fully implement the work of network resources in the rule of law education.
