运用建构主义的理论,从真实情境、合作与交流,反思性实践和自我建构等方面,阐述了教师个体建构专业化发展的基本策略。
based on the theory of constructivism,this paper elaborates the basic strategies of constructing professional development of individual teachers from the aspects of real situation,cooperation and communication,reflective practice and self-construction.
