摘要
以往的小学数学课堂中,教师扮演者课堂主导者的角色。教师在课堂中大量的向学生灌输数学知识,学生只能被动的吸收知识。在传统教学模式下,学生的自主性和能动性受到严重限制,难以培育学生的综合能力与创新精神。新课程理念的出现彻底转变了这一现状。新课改中要求教师坚持以生为本的教学思想,让学生成为课堂的主人,占据学习的主体地位。而教师从主导者转变为引导者与组织者,将主体地位交换给学生。这不仅是满足新课改教学要求,同时积极响应素质教学理念的号召,是开展素质教育的关键环节。故此,小学数学教师应快速转变教学观念,踊跃参与教学改革,尝试新兴教学理念,实现角色转换。本文将从多个角度进行分析,如何快速完成角色转换。
in the past elementary school mathematics classes,teachers played the role of classroom leaders.Teachers in the classroom to a large number of students in mathematics knowledge,students can only passively absorb the knowledge.Under the traditional teaching model,students' autonomy and initiative are severely restricted,and it is difficult to cultivate students' comprehensive ability and innovative spirit.The emergence of the new curriculum concept has completely transformed this situation.In the new curriculum reform,teachers are required to stick to the idea of life-oriented teaching and make students become the master of the class and occupy the main position of learning.The teacher changes from the leader to the leader and the organizer,exchanging the principal status to the students.This is not only to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform,but also to actively respond to the call of the concept of quality teaching,which is the key link of education.Therefore,primary school mathematics teachers should change their teaching concepts quickly,participate in teaching reform actively,try new teaching concepts,and realize role transformation.This article will analyze how to quickly complete the role transformation from multiple perspectives.
