教师与家长沟通时如何做到尊重

教育的成败是学校、家庭、社会三方面共同努力的结果,针对目前教育中出现的诸多现象,早恋,打架,旷课,上网,顶撞,谩骂老师等行为,我认为教师与家长需要及时沟通。在教师与家长的沟通层面,尤其是教师对家长如何尊重这一问题上,也是一个十分值得深思的问题。沟通中的尊重不是可有可无的,教师与家长之间的沟通应该是以尊重为前提的沟通,只有尊重下的沟通才是平等的,只有尊重下的沟通才能有效。那么教师与家长沟通时如何做到尊重家长呢?
