浅谈如何上好班会课

班主任是一个班级的管理者和组织者,而当一个好的班主任就是要完成学校对于一个班主任的使命。而要完成班主任使命的主要地方,就应该是班会课。班会课是班主任所面临的众多平凡普通的工作中的一项,虽然很普通但是在班风建设中以及学生的德育建设中发挥着至关重要的作用。它对班干部的培养,班级文化的建设,以及班风的营造,班级德育工作的开展有很大的意义。记得我刚刚当班主任的时候,对于为什么上班会课,班会课的作用,以及如何当好一个班主任都是非常茫然的,每次上班会课,都是我根据某个班会课主题将事先准备好的的材料读一遍,再三强调要注意,并且自己总结上周的工作。同学们听的无精打采,班会课后也很难看到效果。后来经过几年的班主任工作的锻炼,以及相关问题的思考与学习,总结出一些自己的经验,就如何开好班会课的问题,希望可以给初为班主任的朋友一点帮助与启发。

the head teacher is a class manager and organizer,and to be a good head teacher is to complete the school's mission to a head teacher.And the main place that wants to complete a class teacher's mission,should be class meeting class.The class meeting class is one of the many ordinary jobs that the class teacher faces.Although it is very common,it plays a vital role in the construction of class style and students' moral education.It is of great significance to the cultivation of class cadres,the construction of class culture,the construction of class ethos and the development of class moral education.Remember when I was just on duty director,for why would work class,class meetings,and how to be a teacher in charge is very puzzled,each time will be class work,all is me,according to a theme class meetings will be prepared materials to read it again,repeatedly stressed to pay attention to,and summarizes the work of the last week.The students listened listlessly,and it was hard to see the effect after class.Later,after several years of work training,as well as thinking and learning about related problems,I summarized some of my own experience,on how to hold a good class meeting class,I hope to give some help and inspiration to my new class teacher's friends.
