在素质教育不断深化的背景下,我国小学语文教育事业面临全新的发展环境和严峻的教育形势。相对于传统的课堂教学而言,各个方面都发生翻天覆地的变化,尤其是课堂教学氛围,要比以前更为活跃一些,这也增加了课堂管理难度。现阶段小学语文课堂管理还存在诸多有待解决的问题,本文就如何改善这一现状进行探讨。

in the background of education deepening in quality,the cause of education in Chinese primary schools faces a new development environment and a severe situation of education.Compared with traditional classroom teaching,all aspects have undergone tremendous changes,especially the classroom teaching atmosphere,which is more active than before,which also increases the difficulty of classroom management.At present,there are still many problems to be solved in Chinese classroom management in primary schools.This paper discusses how to improve this situation.
