职业学院公共事业管理人才培养理念及特色化改革研究

职业学院是培养实践性、技能型人才的重要教学基地,而公共事业管理专业,是职业院校重点专业,其人才培养理念在很大程度上决定着社会公共事业管理人才储备情况。因此,职业院校若想加强高素质人才培养与建设,必须在培养理念方面加以更新,并实施特色化的改革方案。鉴于此,本文重点分析该专业在人才培养理念方面的变化趋势、定位以及改革路径。

vocational college is an important teaching base for training practical and skilled talents,while the major of public utilities management is the key major of vocational colleges,and its talent cultivation philosophy largely determines the reserve of social public utilities management talents.Therefore,if vocational colleges want to strengthen the cultivation and construction of high-quality talents,they must renew their training concepts and implement special reform plans.In view of this,this paper focuses on analyzing the changing trend,orientation and reform path of this major in talent cultivation.
