浅谈高职院校教育教学质量的关键问题

On the key question about the quality of teaching and education in high vocationalcolleges

随着近年来中国经济全面转型,社会层面对于"人才"的观点也发生了巨大变化,职业教育成为教育改革的重要突破点。在培养实用型、创新型人才的目标下,国内高职院校从教育资源、教学手段、培养方案等角度做出了大量优化,取得了一定成绩,但教学质量上仍存在一些问题。本文中筛选若干高职院校教育教学质量的关键问题展开研究,并提出有效的提升措施以供参考借鉴。

With the comprehensive transformation of China's economy in recent years,the view of "talent"has also undergone tremendous changes at the social level.Vocational education has become an important breakthrough point in education reform.Under the goal of cultivating practical and innovative talents,domestic higher vocational colleges have made a lot of optimizations from the perspectives of educational resources,teaching methods and training programs,and have achieved certain results,but there are still some problems in teaching quality.In this paper,the key issues of screening the quality of education in higher vocational colleges are studied,and effective improvement measures are proposed for reference.
