一个好的教练光是有强的专业素养、好的综合身体素质,而不具备先进的运动训练理念与方法、管理策略,以及敬业精神和人格魅力,是不易训练出优秀的队员来。此文乃笔者通过亲历亲为的实践后整理出的经验。文章从"思想管理""目标管理""管理原则"三个方面来阐述观点主张与做法(策略),通过相关一手资料的梳理和分析,总结出了适合基层业余训练的管理经验,具有实践性和可操作性,对基层业余田径训练有一定的指导性,以资商榷、交流。
