群众文化活动主要指人民群众在正式职业之外,自我组织、参与、娱乐的社会化文化活动。在开展过程中主要以人民群众为主体,通过自娱自教模式开展,从而更好的符合精神需求,提高生活品质。新形势下,人民群众精神文化水平正处于不平衡、不充分发展阶段,而适当的开展群众文化活动能够更好的提高群众精神文化以及生活文化质量。基于此,本文主要对新形势下如何开展群众文化活动进行了简要的分析,以供参考。
