摘要
国民经济的飞速发展助推了我国汽车保有量的大幅度提升,伴随而来的便是城市空气污染问题的日渐加剧,故此,以性价比较高的天然气来代替传统的石油燃料,为机动车提供燃料成为当下的必然选择。基于此种背景,怎样强化对加气站的安全监管成为亟待解决的难题。车用天然气瓶作为移动压力容器的一种,为有效保证气瓶的安全性能,提升充装管理效率,应结合计算机信息技术与IC卡技术,设计出基于IC卡的气瓶安全监管系统,增强对车用气瓶的全面监管。
the rapid development of national economy helped significantly increase of car ownership in China, which is associated with urban air pollution problems increasing, therefore, with high cost performance of natural gas to replace the traditional oil fuel, provide fuel for motor vehicle becomes an inevitable choice for the present.Based on this background, how to strengthen the safety supervision of the gas station becomes an urgent problem.Car gas bottles as moving a kind of pressure vessel, cylinders to effectively guarantee the safety, promote efficiency of management of filling, should be combined with the computer information technology and IC card technology, the design of gas cylinder safety supervision system based on IC card, enhance comprehensive regulation of automobile cylinder.
