浅谈政工师思想政治教育工作有效性

现如今,国家开始注重农业发展,重点关注三农问题,而农业局作为农业发展领域,重点服务机构,必须加强内部人员思想素质教育,全面提高农业服务质量。因此,政工师必须做好思政教育工作,围绕农业发展需求,创新教育工作方式,全面提高思政教育工作整体效果。鉴于此,笔者主要围绕政工师的思政教育有效性工作路径展开具体分析。

Therefore, political engineers must do a good job in thinking and government education, innovate education working mode around agricultural development needs, and comprehensively improve the overall effect of education work. In view of this, the author mainly focuses on the ideological and political work path of education effectiveness of political engineers.
