民航空管安全管理中的人为因素问题探析

Analysis on human factors in the safety management of civil aviation air traffic control

随着全球化的发展和我国经济水平的不断提高,我国的民航业正在不断的发展壮大。同时,民航业的安全问题也得到了越来越多的关注。从近年来的空难数据可以看出,人为因素是造成航空事故率上升,空管运行效率下降的重要原因。因此,如何尽可能减少人为因素对航空安全的影响是民航业亟待解决的问题。本文首次简要分析了控制人为因素对于确保飞行安全的重要性,然后针对如何减少人为因素对空管安全的影响提出了几点对策。

with the development of globalization and the continuous improvement of China's economic level, China's civil aviation industry is developing and expanding. Meanwhile, more and more attention has been paid to the safety of civil aviation industry. Therefore, how to avoid the influence of human factors on aviation safety is an urgent problem for civil aviation industry. This paper briefly analyzes the importance of controlling human factors to ensure flight safety for the first time, and then puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the influence of human factors on air traffic control safety.
