摘要
本文基于TRIZ创新理论,利用因果分析等分析方法发掘井下煤炭运输活动中影响连续高效运输的问题,挖掘出关键的技术矛盾,查矛盾矩阵表找出对应的创新原理,根据创新原理的指导,建立数字模型,对受力情况、弯曲参数等进行分析,优化可弯曲胶带机的结构,为胶带运输机在井下长距离连续运输提高适应性。
in this paper, based on the theory of TRIZ innovation, using analysis methods such as causal analysis excavation of underground coal transportation activities affect the continuous and efficient transportation problem, dig out the key technology of contradiction, contradiction matrix table find corresponding innovation principle, according to the principle of innovation, the direction of establishing digital model, analyze the force and bending parameters, optimize the structure of flexible tape machine, belt conveyor in underground long-distance transport continuously improve adaptability.
