工程建筑行业现在的发展规模和趋势是向着大规模方向发展,各种新技术和新设备更是不断投入,要求高超的技术水平。随着城市化进程的发展,工程的危险性也在增加。所以,现如今的工程建筑对安全管理也有更高的要求。本文对建筑工程在施工过程中安全管理所存在的问题和安全隐患进行了分析,同时提出了一些管理措施和策略。

the development scale and trend of engineering construction industry is developing towards the direction of large scale, and all kinds of new technologies and new equipment are continuously invested, demanding superior technical level. With the development of urbanization, the risk of engineering is also increasing. Therefore, nowadays the engineering construction also has the higher request to the safety management. In this paper, the problems and hidden dangers of safety management in construction process are analyzed, and some management measures and strategies are put forward.
