电厂燃煤锅炉烟气余热回收的优化利用

摘要 在我国现役火电机组中,排烟热损失是电站锅炉各项热损失中最大的一项,一般为5%,~8%,,占锅炉总热损失的80%,或更高。影响排烟热损失的最主要因素是锅炉排烟温度,而目前我国火电机组锅炉排烟温度偏高是一个普遍现象,一般维持在110~150,℃.通常情况下,排烟温度每升高10,℃,排烟热损失增加0.6%,~1.0%,若以燃用热值为20,MJ/kg煤的410,t/h高压锅炉为例,则每年多消耗近万吨动力用煤。本文浅析电厂燃煤锅炉烟气余热回收的优化利用。 Absrtact: in China, the heat loss of exhaust smoke is the biggest of all kinds of heat loss of power plant boilers, which is usually 5% or more, accounting for 80% or higher of the total heat loss of boilers. The main factor affecting the heat loss of exhaust gas is boiler exhaust gas temperature. At present, it is a common phenomenon that the boiler exhaust gas temperature of thermal power units in China is on the high side, which is generally maintained at 110~150℃. Normally, for every 10℃ rise in exhaust gas temperature, the heat loss of exhaust smoke increases 0.6% and 1.0%. If the 410t/h high-pressure boiler burning 20 MJ/kg coal is used as an example, it will consume nearly 10,000 tons more each year.
