一例典型的密封瓦绝缘垫损坏导致发电机漏氢案例浅析

摘要 某厂发电机选用东方电机股份有限公司生产的QFSN-300-2-20B型汽轮发电机,发电机采用双流浮动环式密封瓦结构,密封瓦空气侧与氢气侧各自组成一个独立的油循环系统,正常工作时,通过差压阀调节密封油压从而达到密封氢气的作用。某厂近几年多次发生密封瓦绝缘垫损坏引起的发电机密封瓦漏氢事件,本文针对该事件进行专题分析、总结,以便同型机组避免类似缺陷的发生。 the generator of QFSN-300-2-20B type produced by Dongfang Motor Co., Ltd. is used in a certain factory. The generator adopts double flow floating ring seal tile structure. The air side of seal tile and hydrogen side respectively constitute an independent oil circulation system. In normal operation, the seal oil pressure is adjusted by differential pressure valve to achieve the effect of sealing hydrogen. The hydrogen leakage event of generator seal tile caused by the damage of sealing tile insulation pad occurred many times in a certain factory in recent years. This paper makes a special analysis on this event and summarizes it in order to avoid similar defects of the same type unit.
