为了更好的满足汽车维修行业的人才需求,高职院校需要以学生为中心,根据行业发展需求,对自身的教育资源进行整合、优化,构建实用、高效的人才培养机制,在教学过程中加强对学生实践能力的培养和提高,强调教学内容的完整性和系统性,培养出一批高素质专业型汽车维修人才。高职院校需要根据市场要求,积极的进行教学改革,改进和优化传统的教育观念和教学模式,全面提高学生的实践能力。

In order to better meet the demand for talents in automobile maintenance industry, higher vocational colleges should take students as the center, integrate and optimize their own educational resources according to the needs of industry development, and construct a practical and efficient talent training mechanism. In the course of teaching, we should strengthen the cultivation and improvement of students' practical ability, emphasize the integrality and systematization of teaching contents, and cultivate a group of high-quality professional automobile maintenance talents.
