随着我国经济的发展,社会对于应用型工商管理专业人才的需求量日益增大。对此,本科高校应该将市场需求作为依据,转变传统的人才培养模式,从而培养出一批与企业岗位需求相符的应用型人才。基于此,本文首先分析了我国本科高校工商管理专业人才的培养模式现状,并提出了相应的见解,一起为本科高校应用型工商管理专业人才培养模式的改革提供参考依据。

Based on this, this article first analyzes the undergraduate course colleges and universities in our country business management professional talent training mode the status quo, and proposed the corresponding opinion, together for the undergraduate course colleges and universities of applied business and management professional talent training mode reform to provide the reference basis.
