Discussion on Environmental Protection Management Model of Urban Rail Transit Project During Construction Period

本文结合厦门市轨道交通建设实际情况,通过对现阶段厦门轨道交通建设过程中生态文明建设和环境保护专项工作的分析,提出在轨道交通工程施工期间的环境保护管理措施的可借鉴之处。城市轨道交通作为一种安全、方便、快捷、准时、舒适等特点的公共交通方式而备受青睐,城市轨道交通在带给人们出行便利的同时,其建设过程中也不可避免地会对环境造成一定的不利影响,需要从源头控制轨道交通工程建设过程中的环境影响,做好轨道交通工程施工期环境保护管理工作。

Combining with the actual situation of Xiamen rail transit construction, this paper analyzes the special work of ecological civilization construction and environmental protection in the process of Xiamen rail transit construction at the present stage. The paper puts forward some references for environmental protection and management measures during the construction of rail transit engineering. Urban rail transit as a safe, convenient, fast, punctual, comfortable and other characteristics of public transport is favored. Urban rail transit brings people convenient travel at the same time, it will inevitably have a certain adverse impact on the environment in the process of construction. It is necessary to control the environmental impact in the construction process of rail transit project from the source, and do well the environmental protection and management work during the construction period of rail transit project.
