摘要 新课改对教育教学提出了新的要求,在实践教学中,教师一定要注重于学生发散性思维的培育工作,只有这样才能够推动其的全面发展,将学科的价值及内涵展现出来。至此,身为一名初中教师,在实施地理教学时,也应意识到这一点,并要对培育路径进行研究,从而使教学效果得以增强,促使有效教学的实现。基于此,本文将以此为话题,希望对教师们教学工作的展开发挥出借鉴价值。 new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements for education and teaching. In practice teaching, teachers must pay attention to the cultivation of students' divergent thinking. Only in this way can they promote their overall development and show the value and connotation of the subject. At this point, as a junior high school teacher, in the implementation of geography teaching, it should also be aware of this, and the cultivation of the path to study, so that the teaching effect can be enhanced to promote the realization of effective teaching. Based on this, this article will take this as a topic, hoping to draw lessons from the development of teachers' teaching work.
