Study on Construction Safety Risk Management of High-rise Building Engineering

高层建筑具有着合理利用土地资源,提升土地利用率的作用。不过由于楼层比较高,施工难度也大,一般施工周期也都比较长。和传统的房屋建筑工程施工相比,它的安全隐患更多,一旦出现危险将对人员的生命造成严重的影响,也会耽误施工的进度。本文就是针对这一情况,对高层房屋建筑工程施工中存在的各项安全隐患进行了详细的介绍和分析,并结合自身的工作经验总结了一些相应的处理方法。

high-rise buildings have the function of rational utilization of land resources and improvement of land use efficiency. However, because of the high floor, construction is difficult. The general construction cycle is also relatively long. Compared with the traditional building construction, it has more hidden dangers of safety. Once the danger appears, it will have a serious impact on the life of the personnel. It will delay the progress of the construction. In view of this situation, this paper introduces and analyzes the hidden dangers in the construction of high-rise buildings in detail summing up some corresponding treatment methods combined with its own working experience.
