浅谈马来西亚项目的二次经营

摘要 二次经营工作是在项目履行中能有效的做到降本增效的一种管理方式。笔者根据自身参加马来西亚项目管理中发生的二次经营为案例,对马来西亚项目二次经营的理解有如下几点:(1)培养全员树立二次经营意识,出台责任成本制度;(2)掌握当地人文社会环境;(3)充分理解合同条款,掌握二次经营合同依据;(4)仔细核查工程量清单、核算好工程数量、充分掌握计量规则;(5)主动提出合理设计优化;(6)收集项目原始资料,充实二次经营支撑材料;(7)做好在建项目,树立企业品牌建设,主动开拓市场经营。 Secondary management is a management method that can effectively reduce cost and increase efficiency in project implementation. According to the case of the secondary management in Malaysia project management, the author has the following understanding of the second management of the project in Malaysia:(1) train the whole staff to set up the consciousness of the second management and introduce the responsibility cost system;(2) grasp the local humanistic social environment;(3) fully understand the terms of the contract, master the basis of the second management contract;.(4) carefully check the bill of quantities, calculate the quantity of the project, fully grasp the rules of measurement;(5) put forward rational design optimization;(6) collect the original data of the project, enrich the secondary management support material;(7) Do a good job in the construction of projects, set up enterprise brand building, initiative to open up market operation.
