浅谈农村小学英语学困生的转化

摘要 我是一个扎根在偏远农村的小学英语教师,我曾经在县里的学校实习,也曾经在市里的重点学校见习,我发现不管是城里的重点小学还是落后的农村村小,都存在着后进生的问题。而且年级越高,后进生的范围越大。尤其是新课程改革以后,小学三年级开始就开设了英语课程,大家可以想象,如果某些后进生从三年级开始起就对英语产生了畏难情绪,那更别提以后初中、高中、甚至大学的英语学习了。 I am a primary school English teacher rooted in a remote rural area. I once practiced in a county school and in a key school in the city. I found that whether it is a key primary school in the city or a backward rural village, There is a problem with late students. And the higher the grade, the greater the range of late students. In particular, after the new curriculum reform, the third grade of primary school began to set up English courses. You can imagine that if some late students have a fear of English from the beginning of the third grade, let alone junior high school, high school, even college English learning.
