浅谈农村小学英语学困生的转化

我是一个扎根在偏远农村的小学英语教师,我曾经在县里的学校实习,也曾经在市里的重点学校见习,我发现不管是城里的重点小学还是落后的农村村小,都存在着后进生的问题。而且年级越高,后进生的范围越大。尤其是新课程改革以后,小学三年级开始就开设了英语课程,大家可以想象,如果某些后进生从三年级开始起就对英语产生了畏难情绪,那更别提以后初中、高中、甚至大学的英语学习了。
