水环境治理工程具有范围广,技术复杂,涉及单位多,工程的安全、质量、进度等综合管控难度大的难题,深圳市茅洲河流域水环境综合整治工程是国内典型的黑臭水体全流域治理案例,项目承建方中国电建高度重视水环境治理技术与信息技术的融合创新,利用成熟的施工企业项目管理信息系统建设经验,结合物联网技术、GIS技术、大数据分析技术等,建立适应平台公司管理特性的现代化项目管理平台,整合各类信息资源。本文从平台公司的视角,阐述了水环治理工程项目管理系统建设的思路。
