摘要 没有新世纪的人文情怀,就没有新世纪的学校教育教学。学校教育管理的一个重要目的就是培养老师和学生的人文精神和人文情怀。新世纪的要求是提高教师的素养和能力,培养初步的审美能力和探究能力,形成良好的思想道德素质和科学文化素质,从而为学生的终身学习和个性的发展奠定坚实的基础。 without the humanistic feelings of the new century, there will be no school education and teaching in the new century. An important purpose of school education management is to cultivate the humanistic spirit and humanistic feelings of teachers and students. The requirements of the new century are to improve teachers 'literacy and ability, cultivate initial aesthetic ability and exploration ability, and form good ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities, so as to lay a solid foundation for students' lifelong learning and individual development.
