摘要
企业安全文化是企业安全生产的核心动力,是培养员工自我安全意识的基础,良好的企业安全文化能引导员工自觉维护本人和他人的安全,并在企业内部形成良好的安全氛围,也是公司软实力最直观的体现。但是,建立起完善的企业安全文化是一个长期、循序渐进的过程,需要公司自上而下共同的努力,而非仅仅是某个人某个部门的事情。此外,安全管理和安全标准化的建立作为推动企业安全文化发展、内化的手段,三者相辅相成共同确保企业的安全生产。
The enterprise safety culture is the core motive force of the enterprise safety production and the foundation of cultivating the employee's self-safety consciousness. A good enterprise safety culture can guide the employees to maintain the safety of themselves and others consciously, and form a good safety atmosphere inside the enterprise. It is also the most intuitive embodiment of the company's soft power.However, the establishment of a sound corporate safety culture is a long-term, gradual process that requires the company to work together from top to bottom, not just someone and a department. In addition, the establishment of safety management and safety standardization is a means to promote the development and internalization of enterprise safety culture.
