摘要
当今社会对于健康的定义已经有了新的变化,健康不仅意味着身体健康,还包括心理健康。由于大部分学生处于“心理断乳期”,开始关自我,内心较容易出现各种冲突,由此产生心理问题,因此在这一阶段对学生实施心理健康教育非常关键。体育教学以思想活动为基础,以活动身体为主要目的,根据体育课程的这一特点,教师在课堂上就应当按照学生的心理特征,通过不同的心理教育手段,帮助学生消除不良情绪,养成良好的心理品质,由此促进学生的健康发展。
the definition of health has changed. Health means not only physical health, but also mental health. Since most students are in the "psychological weaning period" and begin to shut down themselves, they are more likely to have various conflicts in their hearts, resulting in psychological problems. Therefore, it is crucial to implement mental health education for students at this stage. Physical education is based on ideological activities and is mainly aimed at moving the body. According to the characteristics of physical education courses, teachers in the classroom should help students eliminate negative emotions through different psychological education methods according to the psychological characteristics of students. Develop a good psychological quality, thereby promoting the healthy development of students.
