摘要
为读者服务,满足读者需求是高校图书馆工作的核心,传统图书馆的服务方式已经满足不了读者的需求,这就要求我们转变服务模式,提高工作人员整体素质是亟待解决的问题。
Serving readers and satisfying the needs of readers are the core of the work of university libraries. The service mode of traditional libraries cannot meet the needs of readers. This requires us to change the service model and improve the overall quality of the staff is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.
