摘要
国家为了鼓励及扶持高新技术企业的发展,提升中国企业的科学技术含量,对获得高新技术企业认定的企业给予企业所得税减免10%的优惠政策。对于企业来说,这是一项非常利好的政策,但如何培育成长为高新技术企业并享受这一政策呢?本文从企业研发管理体系建设、技术创新能力建设、研发费用归集、科技成果产业化等多方面指导企业自主开展高新技术企业培育工作。
In order to encourage and support the development of high-tech enterprises, the state enhances the scientific and technological content of Chinese enterprises, and grants preferential policies of 10% reduction of corporate income tax to enterprises recognized by high-tech enterprises. For enterprises, this is a very favorable policy, but how to cultivate and grow into a high-tech enterprise and enjoy this policy? This paper guides enterprises to independently develop high –tech enterprises from the aspects of enterprise R&D management system construction, technological innovation capability construction, research and development cost collection, and scientific and technological achievements industrialization.
