浅谈现代信息技术公共实训中心的建设与运行管理

为适应经济发展和产业转型升级对技能型人才的迫切需求,按照“统筹规划、合理布局、技术先进、资源共享”的原则,许多地方相继建立了面向社会的公共实训基地。各地基地建设类型有政府集中投资建设、政校共建、政企共建、市场化融资等多种。运行管理模式也不尽相同,既有政府主导免费开放类型,也有多方参与共同管理类型,还有公司化运营等方式。本文就建设、运行管理情况进行了疏理和分析,便于广大读者更好地了解现代公共实训基地。

In order to meet the urgent needs of skilled personnel for economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading, according to the principle of"overall planning, rational layout, advanced technology and resource sharing", many places have established public training bases facing the society one after another. There are many types of base construction in different areas, such as centralized government investment, co-construction of government and university, co-construction of government and enterprise, market-oriented financing and so on. The mode of operation and management is different, including government –led free and open type, multi-party participation in common management type, and corporate operation. In this paper, the construction, operation and management of the sorting out and analysis, so as to facilitate readers to better understand the modern public training base.
