since the new era, jiangsu literary journal has faced the challenge of network communication technology, and the influence of new media technology based on mobile terminal on its internal ecology has been more and more obvious. This paper takes the survival context of jiangsu literary journals in the new era as the research background, differentiates the order reconstruction in the context of new media, and puts forward the suggested development path of digital transformation from the perspective of internal management mechanism.
