随着改革开放的不断深入,当前社会经济与人民水平都取得了长足的发展,同时伴随着社会市场经济的不断发展,我们在高等院校中开展的大学生思想教育工作虽然取得了一些成绩,但面对新形势下出现的新问题和新挑战,作为一名从事高校思想政治教育工作教师,就必须认真思考积极创新,以适应当今形式的发展,这就要求我们的高校思想政治工作人员,在具体的教育工作中,一定要以培养学生正确的政治方向和良好的思想道德品质为根本目标,要促进学生综合能力的发展,成为合格的社会主义接班人,而教师是否具有良好的思想政治工作水平的高低显得十分重要。

With the deepening of reform and opening up, the current social economy and the level of the people have made great progress, accompanied by the continuous development of the social market economy. Although we have made some achievements in the ideological education of college students, we are a teacher engaged in ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the face of new problems and challenges under the new situation. We must seriously think about positive innovation in order to adapt to the development of today’s form. This requires our ideological and political workers in colleges and universities to work in concrete educational work. The fundamental goal must be to cultivate students’ correct political direction and good ideological and moral quality. In order to promote the development of students’ comprehensive ability and become a qualified socialist successor, it is very important for teachers to have a good level of ideological and political work.
