伴随着中国经济的不断腾飞,中国与外国的交流接触也是日渐增多,因而现在的文化潮流越来越多元化,多元化是这个时代新的标签。多元化的思想潮流影响着每一个人,而学生群体在多元化的信息影响下也是受益颇多。但是由于中西方文化终究存在着明显不同,在文化的碰撞中也会出现许多问题,而这些碰撞产生的思想无疑是高校思想政治教育工作将面临的新的问题。本文将会对在多元化时代背景下高校思政教育面临的问题进行探讨,同时研究高校思政改革问题。

With the continuous development of China’s economy, the exchanges between China and foreign countries are also increasing. Therefore, the current cultural trends are becoming more diversified, and diversification is a new label of this era. Diversified thought trends affect everyone, and student groups benefit from the influence of diverse information. However, because there are obvious differences between Chinese and Western cultures, there will be many problems in the collision of culture, and the ideas generated by these collisions are undoubtedly the new problems that will be faced in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. This paper will discuss the problems faced by ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the context of diversified times, and at the same time study the ideological and political reforms in colleges and universities.
