摘要
根据《二○一四年广州市初中毕业生学业考试体育考试实施意见》精神,广州市教育部门把800米跑(女)、1000米跑(男)考试定为初中毕业生学业考试体育考试的必考项目之一,并在2020年开始按广东省体育测试标准进行考核评分。耐力跑是发展学生体能一项重要的运动项目。如何在课堂实践教学中进行耐力跑的训练呢?“莱格尔跑”它是依据音乐节奏由慢到快而进行的折返跑练习。结合初一学生心理与生理的特点,本文通过“莱格尔跑”探讨发展体能训练水平的方法与策略。
