幼儿保育员工作中的"三心二意"

幼儿教育说到底就是爱的教育。因幼教工作的特殊对象,幼儿园保育人员更应该有一颗爱岗敬业之心,爱岗敬业具体体现为保育工作中的“三心二意”。“三心”指的是耐心、细心和童心,“二意”指的是服务意识与合作意识。
