小学数学是学生数学学习的基础,是小学升初中必考的一门科目。学生数学思维、数学学习能力的培养对于学生的综合素质、逻辑思维能力的发展都有着至关重要的价值。小学数学还是今后学生学习理工科科目的重要基础,如果在小学阶段没有打好基础,将会直接影响今后数学、物理、化学、地理、生物等科目的学习。由此可见小学数学在学生学习当中的重要意义。从古至今,数学都是我国教育十分重视的科目,家长、老师都对提高学生数学成绩十分关注。提高数学成绩的背后是学生对于数学知识的掌握,具备多少理论素养、数学学习能力、逻辑思考能力是学生是否学好数学的关键所在。核心素养是新时期教育改革对教育提出的新的要求,是学生品德、文化素养的综合考量。也就是当前我国小学数学教育重点关注的内容。本文主要分析了培养小学生数学核心素养的价值理论,并分析了提升小学生数学核心素养的策略。

Primary school mathematics is the basis of students’ mathematics learning. It is a subject that must be tested in elementary school. The cultivation of students’ mathematical thinking and mathematics learning ability is of vital value to the development of students’ comprehensive quality and logical thinking ability. Primary school mathematics is also an important foundation for students to study science and engineering subjects in the future. If they do not lay a good foundation in primary school, they will directly affect the future mathematics, physics, chemistry, geography, biology and other subjects. This shows the importance of primary mathematics in student learning. Since ancient times, mathematics has been a subject that Chinese education attaches great importance to. Parents and teachers are very concerned about improving students’ mathematics performance. Behind the improvement of mathematics results is the mastery of mathematics knowledge. How much theoretical literacy, mathematics learning ability, and logical thinking ability are the key to whether students learn mathematics well. Core literacy is a new requirement for education in the new era of education reform, and it is a comprehensive consideration of students’ morality and cultural literacy. It is also the focus of current primary school mathematics education in China. This paper mainly analyzes the value theory of cultivating primary school students’ core literacy, and analyzes the strategies to improve the core literacy of primary school students.
