浅谈以就业为导向的中职计算机教学模式

Employment oriented computer teaching mode in Secondary Vocational Schools

在当前的教育环境下,教学最主要的问题就是学生学习内容与社会需要技能相分离,学生学到的知识技能无法满足社会需要,学生就会面临难就业问题,造成了人才资源大量闲置,而企业却人才紧缺的尴尬局面。这就要求中职学校要提高教师计算机教学能力、学生的计算机应用能力针对学生实际情况制定就业方针,创新教学形式,引导学生树立正确的就业观、择业观,教导学生量力而行,从实际出发,不能过分强调专业对口,最终达到提高教学质量,培养更多高技术人才的目标。因此,本文首先阐述了当代中职计算机教学存在的弊病,然后探讨以就业为导向的中职计算机教学模式的构建策略,以期能够切实提高中职计算机教学的效率。

In the current educational environment,the main problem of teaching is that students'learning content is separated from social needs skills.Students'knowledge and skills can't meet social needs,students will face difficult employment problems,resulting in a large number of idle human resources.And the enterprise is in an embarrassing situation of talent shortage.This requires the secondary vocational schools to improve the computer teaching ability of the teachers and the computer application ability of the students.The employment policy is set according to the actual situation of the students,the innovative teaching forms are guided,the students are guided to establish a correct employment concept,the concept of career choice,and the students are taught to do their best.We must not over-emphasize professional counterparts and ultimately achieve the goal of improving teaching quality and cultivating more high-tech talents.Therefore,this paper first expounds the shortcomings of contemporary computer teaching in secondary vocational schools,and then discusses the employment-oriented construction strategy of secondary vocational computer teaching mode,in order to effectively improve the efficiency of computer teaching in secondary vocational schools.
