摘要
当前,中国风电产业存在较为严重的非效率问题,其全要素生产率和技术效率存在区域差异性。基于空间分布的视角,运用DEA-Malmquist生产率指数测算了中国不同区域的风电上市企业的全要素生产率。结果表明,一方面,中国的风电产业存在由于规模不经济而产生的非效率问题;另一方面,中国风电产业的非效率问题存在区域差异性。进而运用随机前沿分析方法分析了风电产业技术效率的影响因素,以此解释风电产业技术效率存在区域差异性的具体原因。
At present,China's wind power industry has serious inefficiency problems,and there are regional differences in total factor productivity and technical efficiency.Based on the spatial distribution perspective,the total factor productivity(TFP)of wind power listed companies in different regions of China is calculated by using DEA-Malmquist productivity index.The results show that,on the one hand,the inefficiency of China's wind power industry is caused by the scale diseconomy;on the other hand,the inefficiency of China's wind power industry exists regional differences.Then,the stochastic frontier analysis method is used to analyze the factors influencing the technical efficiency of wind power industry,so as to explain the specific reasons for the regional differences in the technical efficiency of wind power industry.
