With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,English teaching in higher vocational colleges is undergoing profound changes.At this stage,the teaching of cooking English is not only to enable students to master the English skills required for cooking,but also to understand the culture behind cooking English and to understand this course from a broader perspective.In this paper,the development of cuisine English teaching in the new era to analyze the current challenges faced by cooking English teachers,and explore the development of teachers.
