Training strategy of network security talents in Higher Vocational Colleges

从目前形势分析,高职院校网络安全人才培养目标及需求伴随社会的发展进步正在发生改变,尤其是在培养途径及方法上不断优化,从而为社会输送更优秀的专业化人才。本文中简要阐述了高职院校网络安全人才的培养的具体策略,以促使网络安全人才培养目标得以实现,学生的技能不断提升与优化。

From the current situation analysis,the goal and needs of network security personnel training in higher vocational colleges are changing with the development and progress of the society,especially in the training methods and methods,so as to provide better professional talents for the society.In this paper,the specific strategies for cultivating network security talents in higher vocational colleges are briefly described,so as to promote the goal of cyber security talents training,and the students'skills are continuously improved and optimized.
