辅导员和班主任是高职院校学生教育内部的核心,在进行高职人才培养过程中,发挥着极其重要的作用。但在研究过程中,可以发现我国的很多高职辅导员、班主任工作过程存在许多问题,无法得到配合与协作,降低了自身的工作效率。在这一发展背景下,我国的高职院校需要调整教师结构,打造优秀教师团队,做到权责明确,加强教师之间的沟通与交流,而且在有效的激励机制的辅助之下,确保获得良好的教学效果。辅导员和班主任的职业化发展已经逐渐成为当代一种教育趋势,改进了大学生思想政治教育,再结合考核评价和工作激励等具体方式,这就提高了高职院校辅导员队伍的综合素质。
