摘要
虽然目前中职生有效课堂的相关研究和探索不少,但是大部分中职生面对的依旧是陈旧的课堂和老一套的教学。笔者从实际教学经验出发,问诊出三个方面的原因:第一,目前开设的大量课程,不适宜推行新式教学法;第二,新式教学法的推行受到很多制度(条条框框)的约束;第三,随着环境的变化,中职生的特点逐渐发生了变化。同时从国家、学校以及一线教师三个层面提出了三个对策:第一策,从国家层面,给中职学校更多的自由,解除中职学校的一些束缚;第二策,从学校层面,应该给予一线教师更多的时间、自由去开发和研究新的教学方法;第三策,从教师层面出发,一方面紧紧把握住现有课堂,另一方面,需要组建教师团队,集中大家的优势力量加强研究,不断探索新的适合于具体课程的教学方法和教学思路。
Although there are many researches and explorations on effective classroom for secondary vocational students,most of them are still faced with old classroom and old-fashioned teaching.From the actual teaching experience,the author questioned three reasons:first,a large number of courses currently offered,not suitable for the implementation of new teaching methods;second,the implementation of new teaching methods by many systems(rules and regulations)constraints;third,with the change of the environment,the characteristics of secondary vocational students have gradually changed.At the same time,three countermeasures are put forward from the three levels of the state,the school and the front-line teachers:the first one is to give more freedom to the secondary vocational schools from the national level and release some of the constraints of the secondary vocational schools;the second one is to give the front-line teachers more time and freedom to develop and study new teaching methods from the school level;Three strategies,starting from the teacher level,on the one hand,firmly grasp the existing classroom,on the other hand,need to form a team of teachers,gather everyone's advantages to strengthen research,and constantly explore new teaching methods and ideas suitable for specific courses.
